How to restore from a web wallet in Electrum Rhodium

The guide will be useful for those who lost access to their web wallet due to 2FA problems or other inabilities to log in and still have seed phrase and transaction password.

  1. Download and extract the latest release at electrum.xrhodium.org.
  2. Give your new wallet a name and click “Next”.

3. Choose “Restore From Web Wallet” and click “Next”.

4. Enter seed and transaction password from your web wallet and click “Next” (if you have first wallet address enter that too into the third field. If you don’t have it just keep the field empty).

5. Set up a strong password to encrypt your wallet’s file. Click “Next”.

6. If data you entered is correct then all funds and transaction history from your web wallet should appear shortly in the new Electrum Rhodium wallet.

Alternative way to restore from a web wallet

  1. Download and extract the latest release at electrum.xrhodium.org.
  2. Give your new wallet a name and click “Next”.

3. Choose “Standard wallet (R-prefixed addresses)” and click “Next”.

4. Choose “I already have a seed” and click “Next”.

5. Enter your seed for a web wallet you want to restore.

6. Click “Options” and check both options. Click “OK” and then “Next”.

7. Enter your web wallet’s transaction password and click “Next”.

8. Leave the next field unchanged and click “Next”.

9. Set up a strong password to secure your wallet’s file and click “Next”.

10. Your web wallet’s data should now be restored.
