Season of AI, a virtual event series of the Microsoft Azure Developer Community by Reskill, stands as a flagship event in empowering aspiring professionals. Recently, I had the privilege of delivering a session, where I had the opportunity to guide the community and share insights from my experience in XR and AI development.
It was an honor to accept this invitation, and special thanks to Rohit Sardana and Azkar Khan for extending the invitation.
The Session Highlights:
In this session, titled “Azure AI Fostering Sense within XR world” I took a different approach to deliver the content, considering the existing sessions on Azure AI.
I just revered to “XR World > Sense Within > Fostering AI > Azure AI”
The session began by explaining the concept of the “eXtended Real World (XR World)”. We explored what it means to sense within this world and how we, through our intelligence, make sense of our surroundings. We then discussed how artificial intelligence (AI) can understand, interpret, and extend this world.
The session highlighted the intertwined relationship between AI and XR, emphasizing their deep integration and the emergence of Generative XR.

We then delved into what Azure AI, AI Vision are bringing to the table, discussing its tested applications and the future direction of AI in the XR domain.
