Keep Calm Arcadia, here i come.

I’ve started my journey with the amazing team of Ducorp XTM at the beginning of the Trident stage and it was quite challenging and exciting to develop internal processes in terms of Invoicing & Sales. My role in the company is to develop the structure and the processes. Therefore, I’ve identified three main features which play an important role in the success of an organization. Ducorp XTM being a start-up company, we had to ensure that we had these 3 aspects on point.

(i) Organizational structure

One of these features is to have a good organisational structure approved and understood by every team member. During the Trident stage, we had to redefine and finalize the roles and responsibilities of each employee for better communication and faster growth.

(ii) Communication Skills

The other one is to have good communication skills to maintain long term relationship with our client. We’ve developed a lot of design proposals with our first clients which allows us to have a clear vision of the Do’s and the Don’ts.

(iii) Time Management

Third but not least, time management was the keyword during our Trident stage. It was quite exciting to see how each team member managed their time and had to deliver the goods according to the time frame given. We had to reach out to our first clients, therefore had to meet reasonable deadlines.

One exciting news is that we finally received the delivery of sample for the clothing line JFCFORXTM. Samples have been approved and we are expecting delivery during Christmas time. Perfect timing!!

Looking forward to work on new projects coming in our Arcadia Stage.
