Get to Know Tracie Hohoney, XYO’s Luminous Customer Obsession Manager!
Everyone has good days, and everyone has bad days. But if you’ve ever met Tracie Hohoney, an XYO Customer Obsession Team Manager, you’d never ever know the latter was true.
Why? Because she radiates positivity. Sporting a huge smile and a “we can do this!” attitude, her sunny disposition and proactive work style make her an invaluable liaison to XYO fans, not to mention the rest of the Customer Obsession Team!
She’s quick to help, a creative problem-solver, and a born leader. We asked her some questions — here’s what she had to say:
What do you love most about your job?
The people I work with are so inspiring! I love my team, and I love the support we receive!
What is something that surprised you about your job?
This is an industry I have not been involved in, and I never thought I would believe so much in!
Tell us about something fun that happened while on the job:
The team building activities are the best! We get to bond and become closer, while always having a good time.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Spend time time with my two boys and visit amusement parks. I also love to dance! All music!
What was the last movie you watched and what did you think of it?
Olympus Has Fallen — The action is AMAZING!
Besides being awesome at your XYO job, what else are you good at (playing a music instrument, board games, etc. ) and why?
I’ve always been a writer! I’ve recently learned to do lash extensions, which is my new hobby.
What do you consider to be your greatest personal (or work-related) strength?
I’m a leader, and I would do anything for the success of my team.
What is your greatest achievement, personally or professionally?
Having a team and having them value me as much as I value them.
