Suppose you have a question about COIN, XYO tokens or Finders. Or maybe you need clarification on Sentinels, shipping, or even our company in general.

Where’s the best place to go for answers?

Three words. XY Help center.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve made changes to our support team, our database of FAQs, and more to maximize your experience as a customer. Here’s what to expect going forward.

We’ve beefed up our help center.

If you’ve never visited the XY Help Center, it’s time to explore. We’ve divided the site into different categories (devices, equity, COIN and other topics), so you’ll be one click away from the answer you need. These new changes are designed to deliver a better experience to our community, so visit the site, kick the tires, and get the answers you need.

We’ve added more articles

Sometimes a question can be answered in a single sentence or word, sometimes answers are more complicated and deserve an entire article to cover all the angles or facets. Our support team has been creating robust articles that answer these exact types of questions, and we look forward to seeing which questions are being asked the most.

We’ve included suggestions with support requests

Enjoy an extra dose of help! When you go to fill out a support request, you’ll now see a list of “suggested articles” underneath the subject field. Now, these are not meant to replace your support request. But they CAN give you the extra information you need to better understand the problem at hand. They’ll also deliver information when our support team is offline.

We’re still here for you!

If you read one of our articles and you’re still lost, please reach out. At the help center, we have a contact form you can use to get in touch. You can also email us at support@xy.company.

Special request: If you’re bilingual and you’d like to extend a helping hand to people who speak your language, we welcome your translations of our articles.

We know that we have customers all over the world, in a variety of time zones. Our upgraded help center was created to give as many people as possible the help that they need — regardless of where they live or what time it is.
