XYO and A-B Engineering: Injecting Performance Into Geo Mining!

Early this year, Aaron Malone began exploring XYO technology for the very first time. He wanted to know the nuts and bolts of how it worked, but also what it could mean to industries all over the planet. What he found astonished him.

“I saw something special being created that no one else even was attempting. There were many apps and projects that used location data, but nothing like an oracle and protocol like XYO was creating,” he said.

He was all in. He not only invested in XYO, he became one of our most legendary Telegram members, adopting the name “PizzaMind”.

But there was one more thing left to do. After learning that XYO tokens are mineable, he had to build the perfect Geo Mining rig.

“Mining XYO is like nothing else out there. There’s no such thing as a Geo Miner except for with XYO. There are crypto mining rigs, which is what I researching all year, but nothing like XYO.”

A bit of perspective. Most crypto-mining rigs have a terrible reputation. They suck up an ungodly amount of power. They’re as loud as an old-school garbage disposal. They’re usually the kind of monstrosity that belongs in a garage, or even better….a mine…on the outskirts of town.

“A normal open-air mining rig or ASIC is extremely loud,” he said. “Open air rigs are too dangerous to have in a house with small children or curious animals.”

And parts matter. Many Geo Miners source the cheapest possible parts to get the maximum ROI.

Aaron’s rigs needed to be quieter. More efficient. Safe enough to be used in a living room or bedroom or family room.

While working directly with the XYO team to make certain his Geo Mining rigs worked, Aaron created a company to build — and sell — his rigs. He called it A-B Engineering, and he took on a partner — Andrew Brown.

Here’s a message from Aaron and Andrew about the partnership!

“Most other companies design mining rigs that will sit in an empty warehouse, where it can be as loud, hot, and power hungry as it wants to be. We serve the untapped market of average folks who would like to support their favorite network and generate some passive income.”

“We pay great attention to detail to create something that will sit in a family’s home. All of our rigs can be run off any wall outlet, in any building, and is efficient enough to run on a 2500 watt solar panel system,” he said.

Aaron and Andrew’s rigs are tailor-made for the person or family who wants to mine XYO from the cool comfort of their home or apartment. With a smaller footprint, they also reduce clutter.

“The rigs we designed are enclosed, liquid cooled, and quiet enough for a baby to sleep next to.”

So far, the response has been tremendous. Aaron has received an outpouring of support from the XYO community, and every day he speaks with someone new who has questions about buying a mining rig — or even building their own.

After putting the pair’s mining rigs through their paces, XYO is proud to partner with A-B Engineering, who will deliver XYO Mining rigs to Geo Miners all over.

And next year, Aaron and Andrew plan to do even more.

“In 2019, we will be designing and testing proprietary hardware for XYO Network’s enterprise clients that need to handle many quick location transactions on a private deployment, as well as releasing our own location beacons (like XYO Sentinels) for some specific use cases,” Aaron said.

“The rigs are built locally in California, then shipping out worldwide. If the order is large enough, I will personally fly across the world, or drive across country, to build on site to save expense, and ensure the machines arrive in perfect condition.”

Welcome to the XYO family, Aaron and Andrew!
