At Geon Network, everything starts with four simple words.

Visit locations. Get rewards.

It’s a captivating tagline and interesting premise. But there’s so much behind that phrase, and all of it could change business as we know it, now and in the future.

Here’s the story. Geon Network is an Augmented Reality (AR) company. If you’re unfamiliar with AR, think of two worlds. The physical world, and the world you can see through your mobile phone or other device — that’s on top of the physical world. Pokemon GO is a good example of an AR game.

With the Geon Network, individual users, business owners, managers, and pretty much anyone you can think of — can create 3-D, purple, diamond-like, alternate reality Geons and drop them anywhere: in the city, in the countryside, or even on a mountain top.

A floating Geon out in the wild.

The average Joe who is simply walking around won’t see the Geons. But for the person who wants to find them, it’s simply a matter of lifting their phone, using their camera, peering at their screen, and seeing this big, purple diamond, floating in the air.

But it doesn’t even stop there. People can actually interact with these Geons. They can take surveys, answer questions, and mine Geon tokens, which can be used to pay for Paypal cash transfers, Steam gift cards, and other rewards.

Now, let’s flip things around. Suppose you’re a business owner or manager, or someone who runs a charity or an educational institution. You probably understand how unbelievably difficult it is to get people to buy things or donate, or sign up for things.

Drawing an audience is a war that never ends. So bold, new techniques are welcomed like fresh horses on the battlefield.

Augmented Reality (AR), specifically by Geon Network, is one of those horses.

You can create a Geon, fill it with Geon tokens and then reward people for their interactions. You can tie in your advertising campaigns or discounts.

You can also customize your Geon(s) look like something other than a purple diamond. If you run a shoe store, you can make a giant shoe Geon, or if you run a restaurant, you can create a Geon that looks like a wine glass.

In turn, you’re promoting your brand and attracting an audience.

Geon is a partnership tailor-made for XYO. Proof of location is essential to the Geons, and to the people interacting with Geons, who are mining Geon tokens and earning rewards.

And since Geon understands geomining as well, because Geon users do this when they interact with Geons, we couldn’t be happier to make them a partner.

We’re looking forward to what we can do with Geon Network, and we welcome them to the XYO family!
