XYO Q1 2023 Update: XYO 2.1
It’s come and gone so fast, can you believe it’s already the end of the first quarter of 2023? That means it’s time for an update about XYO’s 2023 Roadmap!
We’re happy to say we’ve accomplished our most ambitious goals, and more are on the immediate horizon as we move into Q2.
The XYO 2.1 release — major updates:
- Full internal XYO implementation. All XYO software now runs using the XYO protocol, network, and platform.
- Updated JavaScript SDKs with new and relevant integrations. (Kotlin and Swift updates to follow.)
- CLI for running your own XYO node on your local computer now functional and in alpha testing phase. Ready for further implementation and beta testing in the near future.
- Revamped XYO Node and XYO Explore web apps with new features centered around full data sovereignty for users.
- Node configuration is being alpha tested, public beta available in the near future.

- UniGen alpha is now complete, public beta available soon.
- COIN Location dApp in progress.
The remaining items from Q1 are underway and you can expect additional launches coming soon!
Additionally, you’ll find an updated XYO Roadmap to help you see what products have been updated. A progress bar can be found at the top of the page, and next to each item you will find an icon. Hover over the icon for more information about the product’s progress.
