You greet friends
Laugh uncontrollably
I smile and close
My eyes, see you
Standing close to me.

I feel your hands
On my body
I forget to breathe.
You laugh softly
Pepper me with kisses.

You move inside me
With ease;
Familiar territory
No exploration required.
You know me intimately.

Long nails dig
Into my skin
Pleasurable pain
Causes shivers
Down my spine.

You breathe with me
Hearts beat in sync.
Two pieces of
A whole
Finally together.

Entwined bodies
Pulling each
Other closer.
Separated in a breath.
Imagination or reality?
I open my eyes.
