Ok…..no indictable behavior says Barr saying what he says Mueller said.
No conspiracy with Russia. No obstruction of justice. Well, at least not enough to indict anyone else. But he could not avoid the conclusion that Trump is not exonerated. How does Barr defend how quickly he came to these conclusions?
