The YALI Impact journey continues. On June 8 2018, the South West region alumni carried out an advocacy campaign in collaboration with NAPTIP Lagos command.

The aim was to inform the children on the importance of speaking out when they encounter cases of abuse in person. Their campaign slogan was SPEAK OUT. The alumni volunteer gave the children the opportunity to ask questions and many shared their experiences.

They equally reached out to the school counsellors to help establish a relationship between the students and NAPTIP. This will help ensure that cases of abuse in any form is reported and the offender is rightly prosecuted.
