Thanks to Wuabit, it’ll soon be time to have a chat with your wallet.
Wuabit aims to enable users to access their cryptocurrency wallet through chat platforms such as Whatsapp, Telegram, and even classic SMS.
“All you will have to do is type in commands such as ‘send 0.05 BTC to Vera.’ That’s it, the wallet will then recognise the command and send the BTC straight away.”
Neat!
There is good precedent for effective chat-based account management. Chatbots like these are being employed in customer-facing roles across multiple industries, including the clearly relevant use-case of online banking. Plus, the need for simpler wallet management is a persistent theme in Bitcoin’s path to adoption.
