SOFTPHONE CONFIGURATION FOR ISSABEL PBX

- Confirm that you have downloaded the softphone in your system.
My recommendation for a softphone is 3CX softphone.
I have attached the link for your reference.
2. confirm that you have created extensions.
3. Once the extension is created, create users for the extensions.
4. After creating the users you have to create a queue, In the queue module under PBX configuration.
5. After successfully creating the queue, you have to add the extension in the Dynamic member's option.
6. After creating a queue, you have to create a callback extension in the callcenter module.

7. Configuring 3CX softphone 📱
This is a 3CX softphone.
8. Setting up 3CX softphone
- Click on the top right corner.
- You will get a page like the below image.
- Click on New
- You will get the page above.
- enter the details as per your extension and IP address.
- Account name — Extension Number.
- Caller Id — Your preference.
- Extension — Your Extension.
- ID — Your Extension.
- Password — Your Extension password.
- Local IP — Your Issabel IP.
8. Click on OK.
9. Click on OK.
10. If the given details are correct you will get On Hook as above image.
