1. Dashboard

  • Once we have login the Issabel the dashboard will be displayed. In the dashboard, you could see many things like system resources, process status, performance graphics, etc…
  • The dashboard should be like this,

2. Users

  • On the left side, we have a Users option where you can create the user. Here we can create a lot of users and also there is an option for deleting the user.
  • The user's page should be like this,

3. PBX Configuration

  • In the PBX configuration where you can create the extensions for the users. The extension number should be unique and also we can add the extensions into the queues.

4. Call Center

  • However, the call center is mostly used for agents. here we have a lot of options that can be used for agent creations and also we can monitor the incoming and outgoing calls as well.

5. Agents

  • An agent is playing a major role in the call center and here we can create the agents by creating call-back extensions
  • After clicking the agent console there is a page for agent login. Once the required details are filled in, the agent dashboard will be displayed for the respective agent.
