July 15:
Blocto, the Flow-based asset management & DApp entrance platform, completed its community round public sale and$BLTdistribution to 835 whitelisted users.Bondly Financewas attacked by an unknown third party, which caused 350 million extra-issued$BONDLYand a sheer decrease of its market capitalization. On the same day, Bondly team published an official announcement to warn the community about the risk of trading BONDLY. Later on July 24, Bondly CEO published Messages from Bondly CEO , updating tactics on how to handle the attack issue, including re-audit the smart contract and on-chain security, re-deploy BONDLY token, providing compensations towards LPs and exchanges, "proactively updating" the community with the ongoing investigation, etc.CryptoArt.Aijoined hands with Jiahe Auction to hold the world's first NFT masterpiece auction — Infinite Net (1959, c1979) and Infinite Net (MGPP) by Yayoi Kusama. Black Ocean exchange — Decentralized Dark Pool
BlackOcean reached partnerships with CFL365、Minghuang Labs、CV Labs、Slash World、X Protocol, and completed the very first IDO event — the CFL365 IDO — on its own platform on August 6.

July 25: Decus published a new UI for its product and launched round 2 of the Minting and Redeeming test campaign.
Equilibrium — The Polkadot Gate of DeFi
Equilibrium raised over 8,000 $KSM (about $1.5 million) in the first round of Kusama parachain slot crowdloan and ended up taking 9th place by a number of contributions after Altair. Equilibrium announced that the rewards for voting will be doubled in the next round for those who contributed in the first round, offering a 20% bonus for any contributions over 50 KSM, and offering a 25% bonus for early participation (joining the crowdloan in the second round during the first 7 days).
