A World of Different Opinions

Are you RACIST…….? The different perspectives of racism today are causing even more conflict on top of the wrongful treatment due to racism. Many like to say that “Well, not EVERY white person is racist” but does that change the fact that almost everyday it seems there have been an unarmed minority shot and killed. When things escalate to people once again losing their lives due to something so out of their control like the pigment of their skin, i believe it must be vocalized. Which is when people stand up, protest, display their emotions publicly, like #BlackLivesMatter.

But instead of people seeing Black Lives Matter as a plea for help or understanding that black lives are being targeted right now. People choose to view it as though we are saying black lives matter more than any other lives. Which is not the case what so ever, we realize and completely agree that All Lives Matter, but All lives aren’t being targeted right now. The concept is simple to get, when you break a bone that bone needs the attention at that point in time, it needs someone to look at it and say somethings wrong here we need to fix it. It doesn’t mean that their is less value in the other bones it just means theirs a need for specific attention at this time.

Things are getting worse by the week, at the rate were going people are going as far as to say were going to have a civil war or race war. I personally don’t believe or want our country to unravel that much to where we are at war within ourselves. Especially when there is so many different countries who would love to see our demise. This is definitely not the point where we need to fall apart, this is the point where we must pull together.

My love for everyone in the world is endless. I feel like I can get a long with anyone of any race, ethnicity, or nationality. Not only get along with but form a relationship, because I was always raised to treat people no differently than your brother. We all bleed red and there is no reason that we should be spilling each others blood because of the color that is wrapped around it. Live life to the fullest, enjoy every little moment with all your loved ones. Treat every different skin tone the same as you would your own.
