Ryan starts a conversation with a few of the big brains about the fee structure of v2 Vaults. It’s worth navigating.
TLDR: Vaults pay fees to Treasury and team by minting interest bearing vault shares instead pulling from the profits.
Yearn seizing Big Data Protocol opportunities 💿
Ceazor shares the quick work of the Yearn developer team for seeing, and acting on a short-term yield opportunity that benefited Yearn depositors. During 6 days, both the v2 YFI yVault and the v2 ETH yVault benefited from strategies that staked the underlying tokens into seed pools for Big Data Protocol to farm BDP rewards.
Pickled Sushi Zaps🥒🍣
Users can now zap ⚡ directly from ETH or CRV tokens into the yveCRV-ETH pJar.
V2 migration🔃
1-click migration is now available from the v1 to the v2 ETH yVault, as well as from the v1 to the v2 YFI yVault, and with more to come soon.
Vault Updates
This week, two new v2 yVaults and two new v1 Curve yVaults have been put into production.

This vault accepts deposits of linkCRV tokens obtained by supplying either LINK or sLINK to the liquidity pool on Curve here. linkCRV tokens are staked in the gauge on Curve to earn CRV rewards. Rewards are swapped for one of the underlying assets and resupplied to the liquidity pool to obtain more linkCRV.
✨ New Vault — v1 Curve USDP yVault (yvusdp3CRV)

This vault accepts deposits of usdp3CRV tokens obtained by supplying either USDP, DAI, USDC, or USDT to the liquidity pool on Curve here. usdp3CRV tokens are staked in the gauge on Curve to earn CRV rewards. Rewards are swapped for one of the underlying assets and resupplied to the liquidity pool to obtain more usdp3CRV.
