How to Create Kik Bots with Yekaliva

Yekaliva Integration allows you to easily create Kik bots making the experience more fun.

Particulars needed for Kik bot

Before proceeding with Kik integration make sure of the followings

1. Kik account
2. Kik app installed in the mobile

Setting Up Kik Bot

Go to the https://dev.kik.com/

Open the Kik app and go to Settings > Your Kik Code

Tap on the camera Icon in the screen

Scan the Kik code in the website

Tap on YES in the mobile app

Collect Kik API Key under Configuration tab

Setting Up Yekaliva

Go to Settings > Social connect > Kik

Enter the required values

1. Kik Bot Name
2. Kik API Key

Copy the Webhook and click Save

Testing

You can test your agent directly in the Kik app. Just go back to the main page of the app, where your conversations are listed and tap on the conversation with your bot. You should be able to test your agent from here.

Adding your Kik bot to Kik bot shop

Go to https://dev.kik.com/#/promotion

Add the details required and save

Finally click Submit for review
