Launching addineo, a smart add-in for PowerPoint

One of the tools we use a lot is PowerPoint. We use it almost everyday in our work. Why PowerPoint? Well… we have a consulting background and we work with big companies… But besides that, there are not so many single tools that you can use to render a project framing, a business case, personas, processes, user journeys, user stories, a sprint planning, wire-frame views, mock-ups, etc… Plus most (all?) of our clients use PowerPoint and can easily play with our deliverables. So… PowerPoint is great! (if you can avoid death by powerpoint)
Though, there is one pain: the use of PowerPoint is slow and painful and the amount of effort to put in styling and formatting to reach a good result is unreasonable! You end up spending more time styling your slides than producing the actual content and flow for your presentaiton!
We lost hours at formatting slides, and so do many others: consultants, auditors, executive assistants are just the first few to come to our mind. Some firms even have specialists whose role is to interpret drafts and produce beautiful slides. Other companies core value proposition is to deliver beautiful presentations.
That’s why we decided to build addineo, a smart add-in for PowerPoint which is focused on removing the pain of styling so you can deliver sharp presentations in a blink! We built it for our internal use at first, and we are now making it available for you.
addineo brings you about 50 new functionalities oriented on 4 pillars:
- Agenda creation
- Cleaning and exporting
- Alignement and selection
- Library of personal and company objects/slides/themes

What we do at Yellow Square
At Yellow Square, we design, test and deliver digital solutions quickly. Starting from the problem our clients are facing, we deliver a prototype in one week, a minimum viable product (MVP) in one month and the scaled-up digital solution in only a few more weeks, each of those being tested by final users and adapted subsequently.
