ONE: Culture is King - Having worked in a number of different good and bad cultures in my time, I really enjoyed this from Brian Chesky. I love the idea that you can combat the need for soul destroying process and procedure with a clearly communicated and understood culture.

TWO: How to engineer serendipity - Over the course of running many hackathons, I’ve noticed that the best events come where there is much diversity in the people attending. Good ideas form when people with different experiences and viewpoints explore a problem or issue. This article looks at this topic and a lot more on serendipity.
