ONE: Culture is King - Having worked in a number of different good and bad cultures in my time, I really enjoyed this from Brian Chesky. I love the idea that you can combat the need for soul destroying process and procedure with a clearly communicated and understood culture.
TWO: How to engineer serendipity - Over the course of running many hackathons, I’ve noticed that the best events come where there is much diversity in the people attending.
