During the pandemic process, introverts who love individuality and freedom, have a more productive period than extroverts who like to spend their energy with their environment. Extroverts like sociability and communication, while introverts like individuality and silence. While both characters go through both beautiful and difficult times during the pandemic process, there are some important differences in terms of sociability, working from home and workplace.

Introverts haven’t a more active social life, unlike extroverts. Introverts who have shy and quiet character, thus they can’t be in full-enjoy social interactions. Introverts are good observers, therefore most people with a life-changing innovation have an introverted character. They tend to be self-governing. Besides, introverts have more meaningful friends than extroverts. In contrast, “Extroverted people like that buzz of people and stuff happening in a busy, lively and broader environment.”(Hackston,2020). They can socialize easily. They tend to be in a team, they’re in love with group work. They’re quick-thinking so society tends to favour extroverts.

Introverts spend more productive time than extroverts who get their energy from outsiders when they’re working from home. Introverts generally prefer more independent and individual activities. On the other hand, extroverts had a very stressful period as they couldn’t walk around and socialize during this period. It was also observed that extroverted characters turned into an introverted character, and introverted characters turned into extroverted characters during this process. However, there are some tips to make the pandemic process efficient for both characters; workout, having new hobbies, and spare time for loved ones. Totally, both characters have different problems in this process, but they have common solutions.

Introverts prefer a lonely and calm workspace whereas extroverts prefer teamwork and pace. Introverts usually want a workspace that is relaxed, free, away from all hustle and bustle. Also, introverts are bad at staying in touch, therefore working alone will be more efficient for them. On the other hand, Extroverts are in love with teamwork, socialization, and conversation. Extroverts often want an open floor plan, colourful, energetic, and fast-paced workspace. However, they also both have the same requests for the workspace; high cubicle, sound-absorbing material and well lighted.

In conclusion, this essay has discussed three different ways of comparing and contrasting introverts and extroverts during the pandemic. Introverts seem to have a meaningful and small entourage, while extroverts are more likely to have a large and energetic entourage. While introverts who liked individual activities spent productive time, extroverts generally had a very stressful time. Finally, introverts tend to prefer a lonely and calm workspace whereas extroverts prefer teamwork and pace. For these reasons, we can say that introverts spent more effective time than extroverts during the pandemic process. Further, my inference is that despite each character has different tastes and features, what makes this beautiful is togetherness.
