How to Install and Create an Ethereum Metamask Wallet Account

To help the community participate in the ICO of our cryptocurrency, Yetucoin, we will show in this tutorial how to install and create an account in the Ethereum Metamask wallet.

What is Metamask?

MetaMask is an extension to access applications created on the Ethereum network, or “Dapps” in your browser! The extension injects the Ethereum web3 API into each site’s javascript, so dapps can read from the blockchain. Javascript is a programming language responsible for the behavior of the website.

MetaMask also allows the user to create and manage their own identities (via private keys, local customer wallet and hardware wallets like Trezor ™), so that when a Dapp wants to carry out a transaction and write on the blockchain, the user gets a secure interface to review the transaction, before approving or rejecting it.

Metamask can be installed as an extension on the following browsers:
Google Chrome, Firefox, Brave Browser and Microsoft Edge. In addition, it can also be downloaded for Android and IOS.
