YGG 2x Rewards Sushi Onsen Wrap-Up

The 2x rewards program for liquidity providers of SushiSwap’s YGG/ETH Onsen Liquidity pool ended on January 2, 2023. The rewards program was in operation for a total of 15 months and was very successful thanks to the participation and support of the YGG community.

Yield Guild Games (YGG) co-founder Gabby Dizon expressed his gratitude to everyone that was involved in the Onsen reward program and his excitement for YGG’s further plans to provide reward-earning opportunities to the guild members. “We are grateful to have the support of our guild members, who encouraged us to design and develop engaging programs for our token holders. With the conclusion of the SushiSwap Onsen 2x rewards program, we will work towards providing more opportunities to earn rewards and further empower the YGG community. The YGG Reward Vaults, are a long-term, sustainable program that we launched in July 2022 that provides YGG token holders additional exposure to the guild’s extensive list of game partners,” said Gabby.

The YGG 2x rewards program on SushiSwap distributed over 3.9 million YGG tokens to YGG token holders and community members during the span of the entire program.

In the future, the guild will offer even more ways for the YGG community to earn rewards, starting with the Guild Advancement Program (GAP), YGG’s achievement-driven community token distribution initiative. GAP is currently on its way to launching its third season, and will be adding more quests that will allow the YGG community greater interaction with its game partners, to earn NFTs and token rewards.
