We all get used to living with certain challenges and inconveniences. Human beings are great at adapting and finding creative solutions to get by. But why allow ourselves to be inconvenienced if new solutions emerge that make our problems obsolete?

Searching for the right vendor online is one of those things that’s riddled with problems both obvious and hidden that we’ve just learned to deal with, consciously or unconsciously. We do what needs to be done to choose one of the thousands of providers competing for our attention and we pay what needs to be paid. It’s an unorganized, time-consuming process to say the least, and in the end, we have to rely mostly on instinct to know what we need and to choose the right provider to get it done.

But now there’s an overarching solution to the pitfalls of this process — even those many of us aren’t aware of — and it’s called YINC.

Maybe you need to do some landscaping; perhaps your car needs some urgent repairs, or maybe you’re looking for just the right venue for your wedding. Unless you’re lucky enough to have a personal friend in the field, the internet is the place to go. There’s a wealth of information and choices online. Blogs and customer reviews can help point you in the right direction and a dozen other sources help you make an informed decision. Well, that’s what they’re supposed to do.

But the experience isn’t as good as it sounds. You have to find the right provider, rather than the right provider being brought to you. You’re likely to find conflicting information online that confuses you rather than helps you when trying to figure out the best person to hire for the job.

Underneath the surface is a whole slew of other problems. You know those reviews you rely on? Well over half of them are fake, generated to raise or lower ratings. Those blogs you trust? Many are paid for by the same companies that are being promoted. Let’s say that with a sharp eye you’re able to separate the fake news from the real news — even the real stuff is naturally biased since most people don’t leave reviews at all. Those who do were likely motivated by a frustrating, negative experience. This hardly paints an objective picture.

So back to YINC — the solution to all this manipulation and confusion that exists online today. YINC aims to offer a more streamlined process for hiring any kind of service from one site while increasing reliability and decreasing costs for everyone — consumers and providers.

At YINC’s core is blockchain technology and the YINC crypto token that supports an efficient ecosystem of incentives. Thanks to blockchain’s decentralized nature and the breakthrough of smart contracts, customer reviews on YINC can’t be manipulated or faked, even by YINC itself. What you see is what you get: true reviews and the actual experiences of others that can safely assist you in trying to make your own decisions.

Customers are incentivized to leave reviews by being rewarded with YINC tokens, and these tokens can then be used to get discounts on future services, similar to how airline miles work. Customers can also become what we call, a “Referencer”. Somebody who future consumers can contact to inquire about their experience with the vendor they are thinking about hiring. These “Referencers” are incentivized by receiving YINC tokens every time they’re contacted by a prospective customer.

With this process, YINC not only becomes a marketplace for authentic reviews with competitive pricing, but also a community of users readily available to help new customers make informed decisions on who they are hiring.
