We are aware that yoga stands for union of the body, mind and breath. A recently developed branch of yoga, based on applying suitable modifications to traditional yoga, is known as Yoga Therapy. Yoga therapy is given to an individual based on their needs for physical, physiological and psychological well being.

Yoga Therapy requires the ailing person to perform a set of asanas to cure prevailing health issues.
