“The Master is his own physician. He has healed himself of all knowing. Thus he is truly whole.” — Lao Tzu

The Jin-wen of the fifty-seventh hexagram of the I-Ching, Proceed Humbly, stands at the threshold of the unconscious mind and Self. The only way to reach the Self is through non-attachment. As time approaches to step in through the open gates, we’re reminded to proceed humbly in our life’s journey. — Krystal and Israel

The answers you look for reside within you. Understanding how to get to them, however, requires technique, practice, and devotion to yourself.

We do not promote a new, patented, or closed system. Instead, we dive deep into ancient wisdom and show you the techniques passed on to us by masters of different disciplines. Our goal, is to help you harmonize with your True Self, Center of Consciousness, Atman, or whatever you have chosen to call it.

Our methods vary. Some will incorporate advanced breathing techniques, asanas, and plant medicine. Others, extensive reading, yoga meditation, and Ayurvedic medicine.

Every mind is different, each at its own state. That is why we offer three different environments in which we can work with you.

1. Solo Journey

This is the most intimate and private setting. We work only with you and no one else.

Depending on where you are and what you want to achieve, we develop a method that will work for you. Breathing, meditation, and light asanas are always components of every method. Plant medicine, however, may or may not be part of it. This is because plants, like Ayahuasca, do not mix well with certain medications. In those cases, the better option is an Ayurvedic approach to heal with food and slowly wean off medications (under medical supervision).

How it works

First, we schedule an initial video call and have a casual conversation where you learn about us and we learn about you. Depending on how it goes, we may recommend a solo journey, group journey, or invite you to one of our retreats.

For solo journeys, there a number of things that can happen:

  • We may travel to where you are.
  • We may ask you to come to one of our sacred spaces.
  • We may take an online/offline approach.

Cost

Costs vary depending on location, time, and materials. Money should never be an obstacle in the path to harmony. Life is made of cycles and money is no different. Sometimes you’re in a high sometimes you’re in a low.

Together we will figure out a plan that works for you.

2. Group Journey

Some people feel better when they have their significant other or a group of close friends to be there for each other. Closed groups tend to create a place for healing and understanding.

Depending on the objective, group journeys can last anywhere from a single all-day session to four days. In them, we expose the group to techniques from diverse disciplines and practice them throughout the duration of the journey. In the end, each participant takes home the tools necessary to continue training their mind and other aspects of their being.

How it works

Group journeys take longer to plan and coordinate, but are usually more affordable per person.

First, we schedule an initial video call and have a casual conversation with you, the person organizing the group. You learn about us and we learn about you, the people that will be joining you, and the intention behind the journey. We will organize everything for you and your group at one of our sacred spaces.

Cost

Cost per participant varies greatly depending on location, time, travel, and materials. Reach out to us! Together we will figure out a plan that works for you and your group.

3. All-inclusive Retreats

Retreats will happen every three to four months in different locations around the world. Most attendees are artists, herbalists, scientists, software engineers, lawyers, and yogis. Together we form an environment rich in perspectives for the exchange of ideas and feelings.

We nurture you with Ayurvedic recipes designed to balance your doshas. We discuss techniques to help you reach the center of consciousness and integrate realizations to every day life. We lead three sacred plant ceremonies with various plant medicines. These ceremonies are designed to progressively explore a fuller spectrum of your True-Self.

How it works

Friends that have attended a retreat can put in a word for you. This facilitates the process of getting to know each other. Otherwise, you can apply for the retreat.

The process is similar to the solo-journey. First, we schedule an initial video call and have a casual conversation where you learn about us and we learn about you. Depending on how it goes, we will invite you to attend the retreat or suggest an alternative.

Cost

Cost per participant varies, however, it usually includes:

  • Lodging for 4 days and 3 nights
  • All meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Ground transportation
  • Sacred ceremonies

Regardless of where you are in life, the journey begins once you make the decision to walk closer towards your truth. We’re here to guide you on that journey.
