In order to be successful you must know yourself.

In Ayurveda, there are three basic types or doshas. These doshas are: vata, pitta and kapha. Each of us have a unique combination of these doshas and this combination is known as your constitution, or Prakruti.

If you look at the graphic above, you will notice that these doshas are based on the five elements.
