Looking so bomb, gonna find me a honey — ‘Cheers (Drink To That)’-Rihanna 2011

Rihanna is goals, everyday all day. A powerful black woman killing it in music, fashion, and beauty. Let me first start by saying every of Rihanna’s look is iconic. The most fascinating thing about her is how she manages to pull off every possible thing she wears. I have written a lot of articles about celebrity style and this has to be the hardest i have had to put together (possibly because am obsessed as i should be). Here are some of my favourite looks ever:

Look 1

Rihanna took to her instagram to post herself in this gorgeous blue ruffles ball gown paired with white sneakers and captioned it “casual” but obviously there was nothing casual about this, both pictures currently has close to 4 million likes. Who else could pull this off? huh? Yes no one!

She broke the internet in 2019 when she wore this beautiful mint green satin dress with matching gloves and a shawl. The most important part of this look was her Fulani braids. Fulani or Fulbe people are one of the largest ethnic groups located in Sahel and West Africa. This was truly an iconic look and not one we are getting over anytime soon.

Look 3

Rihanna wore this mock python dress and Jacket with a matching bucket hat custom made by Atelier Versace to a Fenty Beauty anniversary event in Sydney, Australia. This was the look of 2018, she basically had so many brands creating snakeskin pieces inspired by this particular look and this was a time when the bucket hat trend was resurfacing, she gave us the Bad Girl Riri approach. Also worth the mention, her shoes were also snakeskin and was custom made by Christian Louboutin.

Look 4

My favorite red carpet Rihanna is the one that you can clearly see she isn’t doing too much but she still looks Bomb! She stepped out in this crimson red Giambattisa Valli Couture gown at the London premiere of Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets. She has given us a lot of show stopping red carpet looks and this right here is one of my favorites, whenever she has her hair down she just reminds me of Pon De Replay Rihanna.

Look 5

Rihanna stepped out in this gold metallic dress for Oceans 8 premiere in 2018, this has to be one of the most daring looks ever, mostly because the material looks like foil paper and till today am still wondering how the dress was holding up, she killed it anyways, it looks like it was made for her unlike the model that was wearing on the runway. There’s no doubt that Rihanna is a goddess when it comes to fashion and style, anything is ugly until Rihanna decides it is not and we love her for it.
