Do You Want to Kill Yourself?
We currently reside in a world where Killing people became an every day thing we see on the news, where the inclement antics that were believed to be despised are now normalized to become parts of our daily lives. Have you ever asked yourself why did we ever reach this point? Why did we allow our world to turn into what it is in the first place? Why did we share in this ultimate apocalypse? You shared in this. Oh yes you did. We all did. It is our fault. It all started with the small things we do every day that accumulated to end up with a catastrophe that kills ourselves and others.
- Alcohol:
In European and Western societies, drinking alcohol on a regular basis is a habit most people get attached to. Alcohol is their only way to run from life’s slaps on the face. It is their salvation when things go wrong. But what you do not know is that whenever people drink alcohol they enjoy the first few moments, and then the inevitable has to come. They will feel dizzy, they want to throw up, they smell bad, and will have to wake up with a headache and deal with the hangover. What happens is that some people can not endure the latter, so to avoid it they drink more alcohol to delay that effect, and when it comes back, it is stronger than ever. And once again, they try to delay that effect by drinking more and more and they repeat this over and over again. It is a never ending loop that will result in their addiction to alcohol.
The problem is not here. Suppose that you have an alcoholic person who is always drunk. Won’t he leave his house? Oh yes he will. And when he does the catastrophe will happen. He will walk in the middle of the street causing the drivers to get confused. Someone will probably hit him by accident because he crossed the street when he was not allowed to. Then he will be taken to the hospital and the doctors will have to deal with it all and everything will be a mess in the emergency room.
Things do not end here. Allow me to move on to another scenario. Let us suppose that a car accident didn’t happen. The man only left the house. Won’t he start to shout on the street like crazy? Won’t he go around and hit people? Everyone will be hurt and annoyed because someone chose to get addicted to a certain habit. Everyone is now supposed to pay the price of an action someone else committed. Getting addicted to something is a choice, it is something you can control and will never be an accident.
Let us suppose the man didn’t even leave the house but he happened to have a family. Well won’t he abuse his wife and children? Won’t he cause them trauma? Do they deserve to live this way? The children may transfer their trauma to their kids in the future and this is so toxic!
See? The world has to deal with a choice you chose to take once upon a time. As an alcoholic you may kill someone by accident. You can cause an unwanted and unnecessary trouble for many and eventually kill yourself and assist in the inevitable apocalypse.
2. Cigarette Smoking:
You wake up with a cigarette in your mouth and a glass of whiskey in your hand, then sleep with a pack of cigarettes beside your bed. You take an inhale then exhale it after the nicotine tortured your heart muscles and your poor lugs. Those sitting around you then inhale what you exhaled to torture their body along the way when they did not intend to. At the age of 60, you are surprised you need a heart surgery. Other people are astonished because they have lung cancer, and their families feel sad because the end has officially begun. The medical staff have to endure so much pressure and work late to treat something you cruelly damaged along the years while giving no care in the world.
If you do not smoke a cigarette, you feel annoyed, you can not get any work done. “What have I done to deserve such a life?” you ask yourself when you find no stores opened late at night and you’re desperate to breathe from what you so-call heaven.
You shout at your kids because your body is screaming in every way possible to tell you that it needs nicotine.
But you have no cigarettes.
So you become irritated.
Then you become even more irritated because you are irritated.
Then everyone around you becomes irritated because you are irritated.
Then your kids will start to smoke “My father smokes. It is normal” they say.
Then they live sick, and die sick.
Is this what you want?
3. Fighting with parents:
You fought with your parents one day. They discovered that you smoke and drink alcohol behind their backs. They become really angry, they confront you. You shout, grab your car keys, and leave. Your mother is now worried, “Where did our son go? He is not answering my calls.” then everyone gets paranoid, the atmosphere is awkward, doors are shut, and hearts are trembling.
4. Drugs:
You fought with your parents, you left the house and off to the night club. “Do you want to calm down?” A friend of yours ask, and you idiot are desperate. You are desperate to escape everything. Cigarettes became an every day thing and alcohol of a low effect. “Morphine or Heroine?” A voice from behind whispers, and you listen to the devil’s plead: “ Take it. Take it. Take it.” And you stupid, you idiot, you listen.
5. Strip clubs:
You are high now, you lost all your senses, you follow your friends into a strip club, you meet a woman whom you know wants money and that’s all. You start to go there every night, you fall in love with her, you spend all your money there, you become broke, she leaves you because you do not have what she wants, and you are left heartbroken.
6. suicide:
You are broken, the most broken you’ve ever been. You lost your family, you lost your money, your heart is broken into pieces, you want to take drugs, drink, and smoke but you have no money. You lost your fire and noting is left to ignite but ashes. You decide to throw yourself off a building. You die and people are traumatized because of the bloody scene they had to see early in the morning when leaving for work. Police come in for investigation, your parents know of you and are now having a breakdown. Everything suddenly turns black. The end has really come.
I just want you to know that this scenario can happen with one teenage boy in the US. Now imagine what would happen if most people became this way. Can you survive among them?
Conclusion:
Do you want to kill your self and kill us all along the way? You drink caffeine 3 times per day that would result in your blood pressure to increase, you sleep late at night, you smoke cigarettes and weed, you drink alcohol, you do drugs, you watch Tiktoks all day and spend your precious weekends on Netflix, you fight with your parents, you play vidoe games and forget about your assignments, you have no healthy diet, you eat fastfood all day, you don’t do annual check ups in the hospital, you are indulged in you job and work day and night that you keep no time for family, you don’t pay attention for your God, and you procrastinate all day long.
Do you want to kill yourself? Why do you do that to us? So you want to die within the same 10 meters area you were born within? Do you want to die as if you never existed? Are you that stupid? Are you that scared to live you coward being?
Tell me, IF YOU HAD NO FEARS AND RESTRAINS, HOW BIG WOULD YOU DREAM?
