I started an online self-development community:
Who are we?
“You are” is an online self-development community that was born from the belief that you as a human can be all you want to be. We mainly tackle empowering topics like “leadership, self-development, emotional intelligence, ect…” in order to build an audience with a better mindset, and that is because “It is our mind that creates our reality”.
Our blog is present on medium, and all of your articles will be published here under your name where you can grow your own audience, build your profile, and make money from the app itself.
We mainly run online and in-person events.
1)This is a volunteering opportunity for you to solidify your CV and college application.
2)It is open to anyone who is 15+
What makes us special?
We provide our writers and all other volunteers with an exclusive access to:
- Free workshops
- Seminars
- Guest speaker events
- Gain volunteer hours certificates for students (given upon demand)
- Access to our community and group chats where they can talk with other writers and members sharing the same interests and mindset as them
- Articles will be promoted on Instagram and in our daily newsletter (only for writers)
- Participate in the writing contests that we hold, and the winners will have their profiles promoted to help them grow their audience (only for writers)
Introducing our teams:
- Writing team:
🔴Responsible for writing articles about anything that will help contribute to make better human beings and develop their mindset. For example leadership, self development, emotional intelligence……
🔴 Requires high English language proficiency
🔴Requires a commitment of 3–4hours/week
2. Design team:
🔴 Design creative posts for our social media account
🔴 Requires proficiency in using Canva and capcut or any other editing tool
🔴 Requires a commitment of 5–6 hours/week
3. Content development team:
🔴 Come up with posts and reels ideas for our social media account
🔴 Write the script for these ideas
🔴 make google forms
🔴 Requires a creative mindset and high english language proficiency
🔴 Requires a commitment of 5–6 hours/week

Your answers are so important, because they decide whether you would be shortlisted for an interview or not.
Those who are interviewed will be sent an email about the final decision in 2–3 days.
Those who are accepted are to be added to our WhatsApp groups and community.
Note that: All of the work is not paid, because as mentioned before this is “volunteering”, and in return we give you free access to workshops, etc.….
