A little bit about me

I love playing with my brushes at home

I can’t tell a very fascinating or melodramatic story of my childhood. I was born in a middle-class family in an average country such as Spain (for some it might sound exotic, but this is my concept of average).

I have done lots of things in my life. They felt so natural and easy to me, that I didn’t consider them special until a friend of mine pointed that out to me a couple of weeks ago.

That conversation made me reflect on what I consider my biggest achievements. Funny enough, I realized that my hardest achievements were “the normal” for most people (boring achievements Alert).

  1. After jumping from one dramatic relationship to another, with a couple of worthy exceptions, I could find a partner with whom I share adventures, dreams, love, peace, and lots of fun. I used to believe that balanced relationships were boring. We have been together for 7,5 years (double than my longest ever relationship)
  2. I always loved laughing, but I realized that I was pretty sad inside. I learned the beauty of self-respect and self-love, and I laugh even more and better now.
  3. Both things are deeply connected, although I couldn’t see that connection before. It turns out, that when you have some love and respect for yourself, you surround yourself with people that treat you in the same way, and your new life fills with new
