Would you like to share your work on You, Improved? Here’s how:

We welcome new writers’ submissions. As a new and growing publication, we’d like you to grow with us. If you have an article that you’d like to share, send a link via email to drmaples@mindbodywellness.org and we’ll review it to see if it fits with our publication. If it does, you will be added as a writer and then be able to submit articles directly.

In general, we ask that you take the time to format it correctly and make sure that it covers a topic that is generally consistent with self-improvement and wellbeing. We may occasionally include other content, but it needs to be inspiring.

Since we are just starting, we appreciate you following the publication and clap for its articles.

We DO accept articles that you have already published on your own (but not in other publications).
