Preview Of Coming Attractions

A new blog; all about film, this time.

The idea came to me the other night, but had been floating around for a week or so: A compendium of lesser-known or underrated films.

These wouldn’t necessarily be cult movies — there are enough websites dealing with them already. No, these will be mostly mainstream stuff that, for whatever reason, has never really gotten widespread attention… You know the sort of films I mean: the sort that you thought you alone really liked, the ones that if you discover someone else likes them too, you tend to say something like: “Oh my God, I love that film!..”

The only rule is that they should be available on DVD or Blu-Ray, at least in the UK and Europe — though I might bend this rule, occasionally.

But enough talk — here’s the first film…
