Holding Boundaries As an Exercise.

I got a hotel and didn’t let myself be bullied.

For the first time since the pandemic, I came to Texas to visit certain relatives. This meant seeing a relative who is notoriously toxic in our family—a person I simply don’t get along with.

As such, I booked a hotel for myself.
