My Quest for “Middle Gears” & the Exercise Problem.
I have often joked that I have two gears and nothing in-between — calm, and survival. Chill, and panic.
As I recover and my PTSD symptoms improve, I’m on a quest for middle gears. There are certain things I want and like to do…I want to be more active. I want to have more fun.
