Last night, I saw an ad for a documentary about electroshock therapy (ECT).

I had epilepsy as a child, and I was always afraid of doctors doing something to my brain. I have a lot of medical trauma from harboring negative beliefs about my doctors, my treatment, my own brain, from this time.
