Ingredients

Water
Sugar
Gelatin /agar agar powder
Spherical silicon moulds

Method
Mix water and sugar and microwave it until the sugar dissolves.

Stir the mixture every 15 seconds while microwaving

Once the sugar dissolves add 2 tbsp of gelatine or agar agar powder

Pour the mixture into silicon moulds

Let the mixture set for a few hours

Once set take them out of the moulds and serve them
