OREO MODAK

Ingredients:

Modak mould

Oreo

Cream

Desiccated coconut

METHOD

Separate the Oreo from the cream in the middle

Grind the Oreo in a blender.

Add cream to the powdered Oreo little by little until you get a dough.

In another bowl , mix the Oreo crème with some desiccated coconut to get a dough like consistency.

Put some Oreo dough in the modak mould and flatten it out so that there is a hollow in the center.

Make the coconut mixture into a ball and put it in the hollow.

Cover the bottom part of the modak with a flat piece of Oreo dough

Remove the modak from the mould.

Make a few more of these and serve!!!!!
