Hello, book friends! I write to you from Seattle, where I’m attending a press event for work. As much as flying stresses me out, there’s one thing I do love about being on a plane — hours with nothing to do but read.

Is She Really Going Out with Him? Synopsis

In Is She Really Going Out With Him, Anna Appleby is doing just fine on her own post divorce. She has a steady job writing a column for Bath Living and her focus is on supporting her two kids. But when the magazine gets acquired, her job is at risk unless she comes up with a brilliant idea to make her column more personal and more appealing to a younger audience. She decides to go on ten dates, chosen by her kids, and write about dating without the apps as a divorced mum. The only issue? Her irritating colleague, Will, is gunning for her back page space — and the new leadership likes the idea of him writing…
