Mystery in the Margins Synopsis

This is the start of a new cozy mystery series with a fantasy twist. Harper, a witch with an affinity for metal, moves to the small town where her grandmother lived to inherit her bookshop. Or, so she thinks. When she arrives, there’s been a recent break-in at the store, and then her grandmother’s lawyer reveals there’s competition for the inheritance. Now she has to solve the mystery of who stole the rare books and make a compelling business plan to win the shop.

Mystery in the Margins Review

This book is a great combination of cozy fantasy and cozy mystery, with all of the different magical beings who live in Havenwood. I really enjoyed getting to know the town and its inhabitants and learn about how magic works in this world.
