Note for my Medium book friends in particular — hello! I’ve been doing a bad job of remembering to cross-post these here from the book blog. I am busy, but I am okay and will try to remember to keep you all better in the loop going forward!

Happy Wednesday, book friends! It’s hard to believe that Christmas is just a week away. I still feel like December has barely begun. And yet, here we are. I’ve got some holiday reads to get through before the season ends, and I’m looking forward to work slowing down so I can focus on book time for a bit.

(Full disclosure — this post uses Bookshop.org affiliate links that I may one day meet the minimum threshold to earn some money from, at no additional cost to you. Books marked with asterisks were received as complimentary review copies).

Recent Reads

I finished I’ll Be Gone for Christmas* last week, and while I posted my Instagram review, I still need to write one for the blog. Suffice it to say, this one was very cute, if a bit quick to wrap up.

Also finally finished The Modern Witchcraft Book of Moon Magick*. A really great reference text with a lot of good info about the moon phases and moon mythology, plus plenty of spells and rituals.
