WORK

--

How would you feel if you began a dream project that your customers and clients fell in love with? How would it feel to finish it? There is only one way to finish, and that is to begin.

Each day you have a choice on how you use your time and resources. Either cross off projects and wish them farewell (they aren’t for you), or accept them into your heart as a new missions to complete.

When you focus on the outcomes and how much joy it can bring others, starting can feel necessary and exciting. Announcing a beginning to your followers can bring accountability and let them feel involved in the process.

Sometimes it’s not about having more time to get ready, but about making a decision.

What is the first step so you can begin today?

LIFE

Many people make lists and promises at the start of the year that never come to fruition. Instead, they become piles of reminders that we have failed along the way. We internalize and let failure drag us down. I don’t believe that’s how life works.

Every misstep, every heartache, every situation that didn’t work out is compost for our future. It’s rich with nutrients and just ready to help you initiate new ideas, habits and thought processes. What will you plant in your pot of knowledge?

It’s also not about willpower, but how you set yourself up to achieve in the long run. How can you set up your life to be automated in a beneficial way? Can you set out your running shoes? Can you prepare healthy foods for week long nourishment? How can you set up the smallest beginning so that it will end up the largest win? Break it down, plan it out, welcome it, systemize it, stretch your boundaries, and try something new. You will surprise yourself.

“Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again. This time more intelligently.”

— Henry Ford

TAKE ACTION

How can you invite your clientele or friends/family into your beginnings? How can they feel involved so that they are cheering for you till the end, and then raving about the finish?
