Christmas Lights, You Make Me Happy And Uneasy
A little wind kindles, much puts out the fire
Christmas is on the way. About two weeks ago, I bought miniature lamps to hang on the window of the living room.
As night fell, I turned on the light, and the window instantly became colorful and beautiful.
However, within a few days, only half of the lights were on, and the other half was off, which has happened before.
I suspected it was the quality of the lamp, so bought a more expensive one this year, but the same thing happened again, which made me realize it might be my fault.
I used to turn off the lights during the day and turn them on at night. This kind of frequent operation has eventually caused damage to the circuit.
After replacing the old lamps with new ones I kept them on day and night, and miraculously, the lights never went out until now.
But leaving lights on all the time during the day makes me uneasy.
Isn’t this a waste? 🤨It’s meaningless to have lights on during the day, even colored lights.
The problem is, if I keep turning the light on and off like I used to, the bulb will go out, and I have to…
