How to cancel a product subscription on YourBlock

If you subscribed to a product with recurring payments on YourBlock, you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees.
Cancelling a product subscription
From the Home screen:
- Go to Vault > Purchases
- Select purchased item and then go to item detail
- Select Manage and choose Cancel
- You can Cancel in line with the conditions of the product and add any notes.
Note: Cancellations can not be reversed. You will have to start a new subscription
