How to get a refund on YourBlock

If you want a refund on a product or service purchased from through YourBlock, please first check the refund period of the product, as these can vary depending on what you purchased. If you are within the refund period, simply follow the steps below.

Receiving a refund

From the Home screen:

  1. Go to Vault > Purchases
  2. Select purchased item and then go to item detail
  3. Select Manage and choose Cancel

Provided you are within the refund period cancelling the product will result in a refund. If you are outside the refund period, no refund will be applicable.
