How to make a claim on YourBlock

Making a claim on YourBlock as a policyholder is easy and straight forward.

Making a claim on a policy.

From the Home screen:

  1. Go to Purchases.
  2. Select your purchased item.
  3. From the purchased item details. Select Manage.
  4. And choose Claim.
  5. Follow the claim form instructions.
  6. Submit the claim.

What happens after submission

After submission, a claim handler will review your claim and alert you on each step of the claim from review to settlement. An issue chat will be opened for you to communicate with the claim handler throughout the lifetime of the claim.
