YfDFI Finance X Ferrum Network: Special Staking Event Details
Staking fees taken to-date are being injected back into the community by way of a special staking event. Read on to find out how to take part.
Everything has now been finalised for the much anticipated special staking event in collaboration with Ferrum Network. All details are as follows:
Start date: Wednesday the 6th of January at 15:30 UTC
Finish date: Saturday the 23rd of January at 15:30 UTC
Staking reward: 10% interest weekly, awarded at maturity date (23/01/2021)
Minimum stake: 1 YFD
Maximum stake: 30 YFD
Staking Cap: 500 YFD (only 500 YFD can be staked on the platform — first come first served!!)
Total available rewards pool: 100 YFD
Locking period: From date of staking to maturity date (23/01/2021)

How to stake: Go to address above. Click “Stake Now”. Connect your wallet and choose amount you would like to stake.
NB: The special staking event is completely separate from our existing staking platform. You must stake on the new platform (link above) to take part in the event!
This reinjection of staking fees represents the first example of the ‘circular economy’ that is being developed at YfDFI Finance. Over $30k USD that was taken in staking fees since the staking platform went live back in October 2020 is now being given back to the community via this event. Once all products are established fees will regularly be redistributed back to token holders via various methods.
