Tools for Conflict Transformation
Created with heart, shared with hope
In 2024, within YPAN, we started something beautiful.
Together with 30 youth workers from across Europe, we ran “The Art of Nonviolent Dialogue” — a two-part training course and tool development project that took place in Berlin (April) and Vienna (September). Based on mediation and Nonviolent Communication (NVC), our aim was simple but important. We wanted to explore conflict transformation as a creative, human, and deeply relational art.
And so we practiced. We listened. We connected.
And in the process, we co-created something to share with the world.
A set of Tools for Conflict Transformation — designed by participants, made for facilitators, youth workers, educators, and anyone looking to live and communicate more peacefully.
These tools are yours now. Use them. Share them. Practice them 👇
