Art of happiness
We all want to be happy. Happiness, on the other hand, is sometimes thought of as something that happens to us and over which we have no control. It's simple to equate happiness with joy.
Our thoughts, behaviours that we adopt, and the way we live each day all of these do have a role in how happy we are. We may use the key factors of happiness to make ourselves happier by learning about them.
People who are happy live with a sense of purpose. They find fulfilment in long-term relationships, achieving their objectives, and embodying their ideals.
Ignore negativity and be happy
One must be conscious of those who give a negative mental process, either directly or indirectly. Keep your distance from them and hunt for some positive aspirants to replace them.
"Positive thinking will let you do everything better than negative thinking will".
Happiness isn’t something that happens to you by accident. Everyone has the ability to make tiny changes in their behaviour, surroundings, and relationships that can lead to happiness.
"Don’t wait around for other people to be happy for you. Any happiness you get you’ve got to make yourself".
