" A women with a voice is, by definition of a strong women." - Melinda Gates

Every day, in every country on earth, women face inequality and prejudice. They are subjected to violence, intimidation, and unequal treatment at work, at home and in their neighbourhood, so far nothing has changed. They are unable to speak up for their rights and continue to hide their feelings. They are judged in workplaces based on their gender and what our culture had done so far. Men and women are equal in the world but their genders should not be used to judge them.

Gender-based violence such as child marriage has been related to poor sexual and reproductive health outcomes Such as HIV infection, unintended pregnancy, illegal abortion, poor mental health, depression and femicide(suicide). A marriage that takes place before the age of 18 is often referred to as " child marriage" but many girls marry much younger. Every girl in the world has the right to spend their childhood attending school and playing with her friends. They can also be free from commitments such as " Marriage" Young brides are often forced to drop out of school and become a mother while they are still in their teens.

“Young women who want an education will not be stopped." -Freida Pinto

Education is the most powerful weapon in the world and it has the ability to transform the entire world. Even if education is free in theory, the cost of school uniforms, books, and transportation can be prohibitive for poor girls and women. Training is essential for both girls and boys, they like to learn new things and discover themselves and they also want to learn more about the world truth. In India, some people believe that girls should stay at home and do housework particularly in rural areas, rather than being established to learn more.

Improving girl's education level has been shown to have a positive effect on young women's health and economic opportunities which in turn increases the community's prospects. Girls have the same right to education as boys and trained girls are able to make better-informed decisions. Girls' education saves lives and strengthens family, community, economy.
